Ravikant Sabnavis, who is a business leader with 34 years of experience building and transforming companies across turnarounds, high-growth startups, and legacy businesses.

Most recently, he served as CEO of Arha Media & Broadcasting, an OTT entertainment platform where he led a successful financial turnaround. Before that, he set up Innovative Oral Care, a consumer products startup for Clove Dental, Asia's largest dental clinic chain, and earlier turned around Star Pravah, Star TV's regional entertainment channel.

During an 8-year tenure with the UB Group, Ravikant Sabnavis held several high-impact roles. He turned around Blitz Multimedia, publisher of the iconic Cine Blitz magazine; shaped Kingfisher Airlines' marketing strategy to deliver a best-in-class guest experience; and concurrently led Global Marketing and sub-continent sponsorships for the Force India Formula One Team. At United Breweries, he drove market share growth for the Kingfisher beer portfolio amid intensifying competition from international brands.

Earlier in his career, Ravikant Sabnavis drove growth for Glucon-D at Heinz India, launched the ACT II snack food brand at Agro Tech Foods (a ConAgra Foods associate company), and began his career in advertising at Lintas.
