How To Set Up and Pack Down A Chuk Kitchen Box

The Chuk Kitchen Box is designed to be EASILY set up and packed back down by one person. It takes less than thirty seconds. There are 7 simple steps do so...

SET UP:
1. Locate the pull tab on the FRONT of the box underneath the base of the box, positioned between its feet.
2. Pull the tab to release the first legs — they will drop slightly and rest on the ground.
3. Grab the two handles at the top of the box and pull up, allowing the RIGHT legs to swing out and lock into position.
4. Keeping one hand on the LEFT handle opposite the RIGHT legs, pull the tab again to release the LEFT legs.
5. Shift the weight side to side to ensure both legs spread to their full width for maximum stability.
6. Lock both sets of braces inside the base.
7. Lift each wing to a 90-degree angle until they lock into place.

PACK DOWN:
1. To collapse the wings: Stand at the end of one wing and find the two tabs on either side of the wing to release the hinges. Swing the wing down and press to secure it into the fastener. Repeat for the other wing.
2. To collapse the legs: While facing the FRONT of the Chuk box, pull up on the LEFT handle to lift the LEFT legs off the ground.
3. Unlock the left leg braces with your free hand and swing the LEFT legs up into the base of the Chuk Box.
4. Find the pull tab back with one finger and push the legs up past the pull tab with the other fingers.
5. With the box standing completely on its RIGHT legs, release the braces of the RIGHT legs.
6. With a firm grip on both handles, shift the weight to the right so the RIGHT legs collapses into the base, carefully lowering the Chuk box down to the ground while still holding the left side lifted.
7. To secure the RIGHT legs, find the pull tab with one finger and push the RIGHT legs past the pull tab to complete storage.
