In my opinion, the ONLY reliable source of passive income in my opinion is in financial markets which is equities or bonds. All others require effort!

Source 1: Property rental income $2,000/month: 2:15
It is possible to own a HDB and a condo. Condo rental is usually suggested when you see adverts but HDB has the higher rental. Mine is more than 6%p.a It took me more than 6years to fully pay it off. It takes effort to manage a tenant and engage an agent.

Source 2: Singapore Equities dividend income $665/month from a portfolio of around $266k. 4:10
If it is held in CDP, dividends will automatically be credited to you. I took 4-5years to build this up. This is truly #passiveincome.

Source 3: Youtube income $1,042/month 6:35
Youtube is a great system to build content This is a new source of passive income coming in. It took more than 100 videos to build this steam up and about 1.5years.

Source 4: Website income $137/month 7:45
This has been a consistent contributor and it is easy to start. If you would like to start your own website and build ad revenue...
