Power Apps - Handling Polymorphic Fields

Polymorphic fields are used across the Dataverse on every table. The most common one being the Owner field that can look up either to the User or Team table. Incorporating these fields into Canvas Apps requires the IsType and AsType function to properly identify which table is being referenced.
