LISSMAC Automobil Cockpithandling

Das fertig vormontierte Cockpitmodul wird aus einer Bereitstellungsstation übernommen und beinahe schwerelos zum Fahrzeug und durch den Türausschnitt in den Innenraum bewegt. Nach dem Fahren in die Einbaulage wird der Greifer an den Türscharnieren angedockt. Durch einfachen Tastendruck erfolgt die Positionierung des Cockpitmoduls und wird in seine Endlage gefahren und verschraubt. Anschließend wird der Greifer vom Fahrzeug gelöst und aus der Karosserie gefahren.

The pre-assembled cockpit module is picked up from a staging area and almost weightlessly moved to the vehicle, and through the door opening into the interior. After it is placed into the mounting position, the gripper is attached to the door hinges. By a simple push of a button the cockpit module is brought into its final position and screwed in place. Then the gripper is disengaged and removed from the chassis.
