Erna Scher - Holocaust Survivor - Interviewed by Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre. Interview in August 24, 2012, It appears that she died in January of 2021.
Erna mailed this DVD to us many years ago, and I was finally able to convert it to the correct format.
Erna Scher's Brother was Yaakov Yehudah, I was named after him.
Yaakov Yehudah Kirschenbaum was My Mother's Father, and the Father of my Aunt Chanah Teper from a prior marriage, and another boy who died, named Abraham.
Yaakov Yehudah married Ruth Wigdorowicz and had a daughter, my mother, Esther Kirschenbaum (now Silver).
My Aunt Chanah Teper had three children: Morris, Abraham and Toby.
Esther Silver had three children: Jacob (Yaakov Yehudah), Sarah and Daniellla.

I don't know the circumstances of this recording, but I appreciate the work of the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre for preserving these experiences and my family history.
