How to Use 8 Public IPs for 5 Firewalls on MikroTik (No NAT, 25 Gbps) — Full Guide

what you’ll see:

Goal: Bring 5 firewalls online behind a MikroTik sub-router on a 25 Gbps P2P link.
Gear: Cisco 1120, Zyxel 700H, 3× Zyxel ATP200, 8 static public IPs.
Topology: ISP → MikroTik (sub-router) → Ports 1–5 = DMZ → each port to one firewall.
Public IPs: Each firewall gets its own static public IP from the MikroTik. No NAT on the MikroTik for these DMZ ports.
Using 5 of the 8 public IPs: 213.144.152.138–142 (1:1 mapping to the 5 firewalls).

Set WAN/uplink to ISP.

02:00 – 07:40 — Step 1: Test MikroTik SFP1–SFP5 by connecting from laptop using public IPs 213.144.152.138–142.

07:45 – 12:35 — Step 2: Connect MikroTik SFP1 to the switch. The switch distributes DMZ public IP range 213.144.152.139–142 to four ports. Plug laptop into ports 1 and 2 and receive two public IPs.

12:36 – 14:45 — Step 3: With MikroTik SFP1 to the switch, connect Cisco Firepower 1120; it receives public IP 213.144.152.138.

14:46 – 17:15 — Step 4: With MikroTik SFP1 to the switch, connect Zyxel 700H; it receives public IP 213.144.152.139.
