WRHSAC Nero's Law Training

Massachusetts' Nero's Law (Chapter 23 of the Acts of 2022) established protocols and authority for EMS to provide care and transport of Law Enforcement K-9 Officers injured in the line of duty. The law developed training requirements for EMS, including didactic and hands-on training. This video was recorded at WRHSAC sponsored sessions of the hands-on training conducted at Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield, MA in June 2023. The video provides a history of the law and its importance.
