Not sure of exact location in Toronto, but U-Roy mentions Victoria Park & Capitol Beach. He also talks of an upcoming show near Mr. Sub on O'Connor Drive.

I'd guess this is 2000's, as I hear music as new as Cocoa Tea - Home Sweet Home from 2008. They also play the Stur Gav exclusive tune by Carlton Livingston - Look But Don't Touch.
