Cerebellopontine mass

A 35 year old female came to the neurosurgery clinic with a symptom of right sided headache for the past 3 months. Head CT was done and a mass was found located at the right cerebellopontine angle. Preop MRI and postop CT is shown.
Pathology result will most likely reveal:

A. Spindle cells concentrically arranged in a whorled pattern.
B. Round nuclei cells with clear cytoplasm
C. S-100 positive cells.
D. GFAP positive pseudopalisading pleomorphic tumor cells.
E. Closely arranged, thin walled capillaries with minimal intervening parenchyma.
