I am SO EXCITED to finally be in the position to give back to the curly community! Minorities in America make up 6% of the research scientist career fields and I really want to increase that number! I believe bringing experiential ethnic perspectives to scientific research in the beauty industry will help propel the efficacy of products for us curly girls! We can really get the ingredients and care we need of we have more product developers that related to textured hair!
