Chicken Wings on the Blackstone Griddle

How to cook chicken wings on the Blackstone griddle is something that's asked a lot if it can be done or not. Short answer to that is yes it can and actually very easy to do with a few simple steps outlined in this video here.

1-2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 - 2 tsp smoked paprika
drizzle of oil
Dusting of cornstarch

1/2 cup sauce of your choice
1 TBS butter
Drizzle of honey
