How to achive harmony through the art of combat

🥋🤺Any martial art has several components:
- physical exercises (kata, muscle development, reaction speed, attention training, etc.) ⌛️🚀
- a psychological part (knowing yourself, and then learn to control yourself) 👀🙏🏼
- a spiritual aspect (understanding the very essence of human nature) can be represented by Zen Buddhism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Hinduism, etc.) 🏔️🧘🏼‍♀️

Using the example of Aikido, we will answer the question of how to achieve harmony through the art of combat? 🗣️👩🏻‍🏫
We will talk about philosophy, the wisdom of life, the principles of martial arts that can be used in everyday life.
