Louisiana trooper indicted; suit says she shot teen in back
A Louisiana trooper accused of shooting a 19-year-old man in the back during a traffic stop two years ago has been indicted on charges of aggravated second-degree battery and illegal use of a weapon.
A state police news release said Trooper Kasha Domingue was indicted Thursday by an East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury. Her attorney, John McLindon, declined to comment because he hadn't read the indictment.
