Section C: Cognitive Patterns Workshop

In this presentation, practice coding scenarios and live-action videos are used to guide IRF and LTCH providers in the coding of Section C items found in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI) 4.0 and Long-Term Care Hospital CARE Data Set (LCDS) 5.0.
