To build height H, Chef needs:
1 + 2 + 3 + ... + H coins

👉 This is called the sum of first H natural numbers

🔺 Problem Summary:
Chef has N gold coins and wants to build a triangle like this:

Row 1 → 1 coin
Row 2 → 2 coins
Row 3 → 3 coins
and so on...

Your task is to find the maximum height of the triangle Chef can build using at most N coins.
