Singapore swimmer Toh Wei Soong breaks national record at Tokyo Paralympics

Singapore swimmer Toh Wei Soong has set a new national record in the men's 50m butterfly S7 final at the Tokyo Paralympics. He clocked a time of 29.50 seconds for his best performance at the Games. He finished in fourth place, missing out on a medal by just 0.16 seconds.
