Dropping in to CrossFit Sonora during the pandemic

I’m living in Sonora for a few months with the new baby and was looking forward to dropping in at CrossFit Sonora for a few workouts. Sadly, we are in the middle of a pandemic and group workouts are on hold. I was, however, able to visit my friends at CF Sonora (from a distance) and I found another way to move and support the community. (in video: Gary Roberts, Shannon Hildebrand)
