Today we walk around the village of Marsden (West Yorkshire). The snow made this walk unusual.

Marsden is located in the county of West Yorkshire, Yorkshire and the Humber, three miles west of the town of Meltham, seven miles south-west of the major town of Huddersfield, 156 miles north of Cardiff, and 163 miles north-west of London. Marsden lies two miles east of the Greater Manchester border and lies in the hilly moorland and pastures of the south Pennines.
Come to Marsden and explore a wealth of outdoor delights and a rich industrial heritage. But don't be fooled, this is a thoroughly modern village, where contemporary arts and crafts sit perfectly alongside quirky events, country ales and village stores.
