Generate GNSS Static Test Report (ArcGIS Pro Tool) | HTML Report + Baseline QC

In this video, I demonstrate the Generate GNSS Static Test Report tool (ArcGIS Pro / .ATBX).
The tool reads observed static coordinates and measured baselines, then automatically:

Computes observed 3D baseline lengths

Calculates deviation (Observed − Measured)

Applies a tolerance to mark each baseline PASS/FAIL

Generates a single self-contained HTML report

Includes a network layout figure, final results table, and summary statistics (RMSE, max deviation, etc.)

✅ Clean reporting for GNSS equipment validation and static survey QA/QC.

Inputs:
• Observed Coordinates (CSV/XLSX)
• Measured Baselines (CSV/XLSX)
• Fixed Reference Point Name
• Baseline deviation tolerance
• Coordinate system
