Spicy Yogurt-Piri Piri Dressing with Pumpkin Seeds
📝 Ingredients:
• ½ cup thick curd (Greek yogurt or hung curd)
• 1–2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (soaked or roasted)
• 1 tsp piri piri sauce
• ¼ tsp red chilli powder
• 1 small garlic clove
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp roasted jeera powder
• Salt to taste
• Optional: 1 tbsp chopped coriander
🥣 Steps:
1. Soak seeds (optional for smoother blend)
2. Blend everything until smooth
3. Chill for 10 mins
4. Garnish & serve chilled over salad, or as dip
