The shirt is a Gilden 6400 which is 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton. I purchase my shirts from Jiffyshirts.com or Clothingshoponline.com whoever has them in stock.
Make sure when you bleach, that the shirt is 50% cotton or less, or it could result in holes.
The best results for sublimation, are shirts that have 65% Polyester count or higher.
