You can add a new user in Five Stars Reputation who will be responsible for managing one or more locations—or even all locations—depending on your needs.

There are two ways to do this. First, go to the Agency Profile section and click User List. Tick the box for Add New User. Once directed to the form, fill in the necessary information and select the location or locations the new user will manage.

If you want the system to notify the user when their password is changed, check the box next to Send email to user if password is changed, then click Save.

Alternatively, you can add a user by going directly to the Users section. For managing existing users, Edit and Delete buttons are available in the action field.
