Aung San Suu Kyi -- who's been criticised for failing to defend the rights of the Rohingyas -- has said she won't be attending the UN's General Assembly in New York next week. However, she plans to make a televised address about "national reconciliation and peace". Our Special Correspondent, Fergal Keane, has been to Myanmar's second-biggest city, Mandalay, to assess the mood of the Buddhist majority there
