Q4 Deliveries - What was the Biggest Surprise?

Tesla's Q4 deliveries took everyone by shock, but when you get deeper into the numbers, that although China did have a break out quarter, Fremont has been under looked. There is actually quite a bit happening at that factory too. I have been trying to work out exactly what is going on, and I think I might have a good theory, when it comes to Model 3 and Model Y.
