he importance of Seals & Crofts in the development of Baha'i-inspired music is often underestimated nowadays. One must remember that most Baha'i songs until late 60s were merely Christian hymns and gospel songs with rewritten lyrics. Hummingbird - a song dedicated to Baha'u'llah - was one of the earliest pieces with a passage from the Writings included in the lyrics, together with Year of Sunday, both released in 1972.
