Enable all CPU Cores 1:07
Quick CPU to ENSURE Cores are Unlocked 3:08
Clean Win 10 and GPU Cache Files 4:12
Enable ultimate Performance power Plan 8:08
Edit ultimate Performance Power Plan 9:14
Disable HPET Timers 18:42
Disable Win 10 Bloated Timers 20:41
Enable Dynamic Tick 21:45

Setting Up TCP Optimizer 26:25

Turn off Win 10 BackGround Programs 39:15

**COMMANDS LIST**

1.) Enable ALL CPU CORES IN Win 10:
-Run- *as ADMIN* "msconfig" - No Gui Boot +* 3-5 sec timeout* - Select MAX Cores from list
**DO NOT SELECT CHECK BOX FOR RAM!**

2.)GET a Program Called Quick CPU To ENSURE Cores are UnLocked.

3.)***Clean Up Windows 10/GPU Cache Files that Weigh down Response time.***

A. *Run*- Prefetch-select all Delete
B. Search- %appdata%-Local-Nvidea-GlCache-select all delete
Go Back into Local-Temp-select all delete
C. Search- %temp% -select all delete...
**if you get notification box select skip "Do this for all" and then continue.**
D. Search-Run-temp -select all delete
E. Now Click Windows Folder- Software Distrubution-select all Delete
4.)Enable ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE POWER PLAN:
Start Button *Right Click* RUN AS *ADMIN* - Win POWER SHELL

5.)Disable Windows "HPET" Timers Command List:
DISABLE HPET
cmd - admin
