Does Height Matter to Girls? Girls Answer on Dating Shorter Guys or Short Guys in general. If you're a short guy or below average height, you've probably wondered this question or dealt with it personally. For me, height hasn't affected who I am as a person. Did it use to? Of course, but as I grew older, you begin to just accept yourself; and not let something genetically predetermined affect who you are in any aspect of life and just own it. I know, it's a lot simpler said than done.

And if you're wondering, yes I specifically looked for people taller than me to prove a point.

Does height matter? Yes, but it has its exceptions and only to a certain extent. Guys, just step your game up.
