The one thing I really really cherish from the bottom of my heart more than giving into my food temptations is serving food. And this week on the special occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti, we are at the Dhan Pothohar Nagar Gurudwara Langar Seva and what an experience it has been. Cooking for 10,000 people started in the afternoon which went on till late evening just before 8pm and after that there was no stopping till 12am. People kept coming to eat the delicious prasad or the langar that was being served. I too did my good deed for the week by serving food in the pangat, tried my hands at cooking the 'Dilkhush' and Rice Kheer and of course I tasted all of it.
