इस विडीओ में डॉ रहिल चौधरी बता रहें हैं कि, आँखो में डाली जाने वाली दवाई (Eye Drops) का पूरा असर देखने और दवाई का पूरा फ़ायदा उठाने के लिए, सही तरीक़ा क्या है?

✅ इसके लिए आपको नीचे दी हुई कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए:

॰आँख में एक बार में सिर्फ़ एक ही बूँद डालनी चाहिए। 💧
॰अगर आपको एक से ज़्यादा दवाई डालनी है तो, एक बूँद के बाद दूसरी बूँद कम से कम 5 मिनट के बाद डालनी चाहिए।
॰कोई Eye Gel या Ointment डालनी हो तो उसे आख़िर में डाले।
॰कोई आँख को नम करने के लिए Lubricating Eye Drop हो, तो वो भी आख़िर में डाले।
॰बूँद डालने में बाद आँखों को बार बार झपकना नहीं चाहिए।
॰बूँद डालने के बाद 30 सेकेंड तक, आँख के कोने की पास नाक को दबा कर रखें ताकि ज़्यादा समय तक दवाई आँख में रह सके।
॰दवाई की बोतल, एक बार खोलने के बाद, केवल एक महीने तक ही इस्तेमाल करनी चाहिए।
॰कभी कभी आँखों में दवाई डालने के बाद आपको गले में भी अजीब सा महसूस होता है, ये बिलकुल आम बात है इससे कोई दिक़्क़त नहीं होती।
॰आप Contact लेंस भी लगाते हैं तो जितना हो सके, लेंस को निकाल कर ही ड्राप्स डालें।
॰आपको बिलकुल सही समय अंतराल में दवाई डालनी चाहिए। रोज़ दवाई डालते है तो एक निश्चित समय पर ही दवाई डालें।

✅ Here are a few tips for the correct way of using Eye Drops:
* You should put only one drop, at a time.
* If you need to put other eye drops as well, then there must be a gap of 5 minutes.
* Lubricating eye drops should be the last one to be used.
* If you need to apply any Eye Gel or Ointment then make sure to use it after putting all the drops.
* You should not keep blinking your eyes after putting the eye drop.
* To keep the drop for the max time in the eye, put some pressure on your nose with your finger near the corner of the eye. (as shown in video)
* Once the eye drop bottle is open, it must be used only for One Month.
* It’s normal if you, sometimes, feel the taste of the eye drop in your throat.
* If you also use contact lenses, it advisable to put your eye drops when you’re not wearing contact lenses.
* You must put the drops at the right time interval as suggested by your doctor. If you put the drops every day, you should put it at the same fixed time every day.
