La compagnie Rich Heape Films a réalisé de nombreux documentaires sur les Amérindiens parmi lesquels je vous propose de visionner le reportage touchant d'Andrew Windyboy, indien Cree, qui étant jeune a subi le traumatisme des pensionnats pour jeunes amérindiens. Ces pensionnats avaient pour but de civiliser les autochtones en utilisant des manières finalement peu conventionnelles (sévices physiques et moraux). Le gouvernement avait donc pour objectif de "tuer l'indien au cœur de l'enfant".
Rich Heape Films the company has made many documentaries about Native Americans among whom I propose to view the report relating to Andrew Windyboy, Cree Indian, who as a youth suffered the trauma of residential schools for Native American youth. The schools were intended to civilize the natives eventually using unconventional ways (physical and moral). The government was therefore aimed to "kill the Indian in the heart of the child".
Reichhaltiges Heape Films hat das Unternehmen viele Dokumentarfilme über Native Americans, unter denen ich vor, den Bericht über Andrew WindyBoy, Cree-Indianer, der als Jugendlicher litt das Trauma der Residential Schools für indianische Jugendliche sehen gemacht. Die Schulen wurden dazu bestimmt, die Einheimischen schließlich mit unkonventionellen Methoden (physische und moralische) zu zivilisieren. Die Regierung wurde deshalb zielte darauf ab, "töten die Indianer im Herzen des Kindes".
