Addressing the Overseas Pakistanis Convention in Islamabad, the army chief emphasised the ideological basis of Pakistan’s creation, stressing the importance of instilling the "two-nation theory" in future generations.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Tuesday announced the formation of a high-level panel to look into the rights and autonomy of states with respect to the Centre. Stalin said that the panel would be chaired by former Supreme Court judge Justice Kurian Joseph, as he moved a resolution that escalates an ongoing clash between Tamil Nadu and the Centre.
