Mother’s Day Special - Flower Pot Dessert

Recipe
100grams Compound chocolate
80g Whipping Cream
50g Mango Puree
50g chopped mango
3 oreos crushed

🪴Chop chocolate and melt it in the microwave in 30sec increments until completely melted or you can use a double boiler
🪴 In a disposable small glass cut a slit as shown and close it with a tape
🪴 Add melted chocolate to the glass and swirl it around until entire glass is covered with chocolate invert on a bowl and remove excess.
🪴 Set it fridge for 10-15mins then unmould as shown
🪴 Whip cream to stiff peaks and add mango puree to it and mix. You can add icing sugar if your mangoes are not sweet enough.
🪴Layer the chocolate pot with mango mousse then mango pieces and mango mousse. Cover top with crushed oreo
🪴 Put mint leaf/edible flower on top to complete the look. Serve and enjoy!
