How I Save Beet Seeds. From Overwintering to Harvesting the Seeds.

Save seeds is a great way to save money in the garden. It's also a great way to share with family and friends.....or trade. It takes a little planning though, since they need to be overwintered. I overwintered a couple and followed their progress till they were ready to harvest the seeds.
