How to Install MLS Head Gaskets on Subaru Engines

Installing Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gaskets on a Subaru engine. This video is Part 3 of a build series doing the classic HEAD GASKET repair on a 2.5L Subaru engine. The general concepts outlined here however, typically apply to ALL Subaru head gasket repair jobs.

I had the heads surfaced, removed all the carbon buildup on the exhaust valves, fully assembled them, and now it's time to install the MLS head gaskets and torque down the heads. I walk-through all the prep steps for the surfaces, installing the MLS Gaskets, and torquing the heads down to factory specs!
