Compact dissolved air flotation system with physico-chemical pre-treatment unit | SIGMADAF

Our compact DAF systems are a plug&play solution, as they are delivered fully assembled and ready to operate from the moment they arrive at the customer's premises.

The DAF unit shown in this video has a special design, since the usual flocculator tubes are replaced by a vessel, in which the coagulation and flocculation processes are carried out.

This variation in the design of the physical-chemical process is due to the fact that the wastewater to be treated contains a high level of metals and requires a longer retention time to form the flocs.

The equipment includes a smartDAF system, developed by Sigmadaf, that allows the entire process to be automated, as it controls the dosing systems and all the equipment's instrumentation.
