The Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20+ are the latest flagship offerings from Samsung. The S20+ is the bigger of the two with 6.7- inches screen while the S20 has a 6.2 inches screen. Regardless of the size, both the devices have a QHD+ display and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, the 120Hz screen drains the battery faster with the QHD resolution also on. You have no option to use the phone in FHD resolution with a 120Hz screen though.
The design of these phones feels very ergonomic and as premium as the premium can get. It comes with Gorilla Glass 6 protection and the frames on it are made of aluminum. And as it is with other flagship phones, you get IP68 water and dust rating, fast wireless charging, reverse charging, etc.

The performance of the phones is handled by Exynos 990 in Nepal and other countries whereas in the US you get the version with Snapdragon 865. Regardless of that, the phone performs excellently with nothing to complain about. You get 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage supporting the performance. Likewise, these phones come with Android 10 out of the box with OneUI 2.1 on top.

Talking about the cameras, you get a lot of changes in the S- series phones this year. Samsung Galaxy S20 has a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 12MP, f/1.8 primary shooter, 12MP, f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, and a 64MP, f/2.0 telephoto lens that supports up to 30 times hybrid zoom. At the front, there is a 10MP camera.

The S20+ has a similar setup like the S20 with one difference, the additional TOF sensor at the rear. And this time the sensor is different and has a bigger pixel- size as well. E even compared its images with the iPhone 11 Pro. The finding from that was, that iPhone 11 Pro had a better dynamic range while the S20+ produced pleasing colors in pictures. The details were better in the S20 whereas iPhone's images were sharper.

But we think over time, the cameras on the Galaxy S20 phones will become a lot better than they are.

Battery- wise, you get a bigger 4,500 mAh battery on the S20+ whereas the S20 has a relatively smaller 4,000 mAh battery. Both these phones support 25-watt fast charging for which the charger comes inside of the box.
