hey, welcome to my channel, this is a re-uploading video I made in 2020. i was never going to release this video but decided to because it could help someone.
I'm just going to show you have a make a simple menu for 2-3 weeks of food on my budget. it's $75 a week, 1 trip to the grocery store, and eating left overs.
