Chaffles are a keto version of the waffle. Chaffles are made out of cheese and an egg. Since they are a waffle that contains cheese, they are called a Chaffle. Get it...waffle + cheese = chaffle.

These keto waffles are the latest keto craze and they are AMAZING! Chaffles are crispy, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The texture is exactly like a traditional waffle. When covered with butter and syrup, they taste like a regular waffle.

In this video, I share six different recipes for the chaffle. I show you how to make a classic, plain chaffle and a mix of savory and sweet keto chaffle recipes. I also have a recipe for a carnivore waffle - the paffle. The paffle is made of pork rinds, egg and cheese. It is almost zero carb - except for the tiny, tiny 1 gram of carb that’s in the cheese.
