He Followed Me for an Hour in Cartagena Colombia 🇨🇴

Before my trip to Ecuador, I decided to do a short 1-week relaxing stop off in Cartagena. I was surprised to see just how different it was since my last visit in 2021. Obviously due to editing you don't see the entire interaction, but this guy literally followed me for over an hour. I could tell he was definitely under the influence of something however I wanted to remain friendly and nice, but sometimes I'm a little too nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my time back in Cartagena.
