Autism & ADHD Managers do NOT equal Inclusive Leadership - Neurodivergent Workplace
Just because an organisation or company claims to be neuro-inclusive, it doesn't mean that they actually are. Do research before committing to anyone and anywhere, this includes charities, companies and non-profits. Just because someone claims to be neurodivergent doesn't mean that they are automatically going to be accepting of you and your own needs. Inclusive leadership doesn't mean good leadership.
Prioritise you and leave a toxic relationship - and yes, that means work too. Look after you. You are your own main character!
