Complete recording of the cosplay Masquerade contest event held at the Otakon 2019 anime convention on Saturday, July 27, 2019 in Washington, DC. This includes the walk-on hall costume contestants, presentation of Jez Roth's Project Cosplay winners, masquerade skits, half-time show by Diana Garnet, and the awards ceremony. A representative from the Japanese Embassy was also there to give out the very first Japanese Ambassador's award for cosplay.
