But what exactly is Agentic UX? In short, it’s when we create experiences where agents have the ability to autonomously initiate actions to support the user. The question stops being ‘what does the user do?’ and becomes ‘how far should the system go?’ without risking control, trust and transparency.

In this webinar, Madalena will share practical approaches to designing agentic UX and multi-agent systems that people can understand, trust, and control.
