CitNOW Sales Star of the Month - July 2023

Every month, we see plenty of sales videos that tick many of the boxes in what makes a recording great. But it’s a little less often that somebody gets pretty much everything into just a few minutes – but that’s exactly what we’ve seen from our Sales Star of the Month for July, Chris Robinson of Drive Motor Retail Hyundai.

The introduction is friendly and personalised, referencing the individual’s specific request. Chris then continues to address the questions that the customer posed by email, covering the car’s unique selling points: its key interior and exterior features like colour and boot space, and the potential savings that can be made on running costs. He’s also used the Multipart feature very well to link different sections together and keep the video going at a good pace.

His close includes a clear call-to-action, encouraging the customer to get in touch if they have any follow-up questions and confirming they’ll receive a brochure. Well done, Chris, for covering all the bases!
