'59 Les Paul Standard Re-Issue - Epiphone VS Gibson

I'm hanging out with Cliffhanger here at Replay Guitar Exchange in Tampa, and we're comparing the Epiphone 59 Les Paul Standard re-issue to the Gibson 59 Les Paul Standard re-issue guitar.

After playing both of these guitars it might be obvious that I favor the Gibson over the Epiphone but it's mainly because of the pickups.

Both guitars play really nice, and I'd be happy with either one.

Now, I haven't played many Gibsons or Epiphones in my lifetime, so I'm interested to hear what you guys think in the comments!
