Today we're making Harry Potter's 11th Birthday Cake! But here's a twist: we're also making it undetectably vegan AND gluten free (as needed). This Harry Potter cake is inspired by Harry Potter's 11th Birthday cake that Hagrid gives to him when he finds out that he's in fact a wizard.

We're going over how to make the vegan chocolate cake, along with how to decorate the cake and what food coloring to use that's vegan, etc.
