♑️ CAPRICORN: 🐢 Your spirit totem is the sea turtle.
🏊🏾‍♂️ It's time to take the plunge and dive into a new project or endeavor.
🚥 Pace yourself. You may find yourself alternating between productive periods and plateaus.
🌬 Come up for air and plan out how to best use your resources.
🐌 While sea turtles benefit from slow metabolism, humans generally do not. Work with your doctor to find a good way to increase activity and boost metabolism.
🧘🏽‍♀️ Swimming, walking and yoga are all great ways to get the energy moving.
🪑 Be kind to your back. Look at your posture, your office set-up and your mattress. It's the perfect time for an ergonomic (re)assessment.
🌟 In order to be more hydrodynamic, sea turtles can no longer retract their heads or flippers into their shells. Like the turtle, you're being encouraged to get out of your shell and step into the spotlight. You can and will adapt to any challenge that comes your way.
🌏 Sea Turtles can also home in on locations using the magnetic field of the planet.
🏠 It might be time to look for a new home—or perhaps you're trying to feel more at home in a new situation.
🏋🏾‍♀️ In many myths, turtles cary the weight of the world on their back. Do your best to release stress and avoid burnout this month. Don't shoulder more burden or responsibility than necessary.
👩🏻‍🏫 Inspire and empower; don't dictate.
💓 Spark inspiration in others rather than forcing your hand.
💞 My guides reminded me that we were all born of passion.
💥 We need to continue to feel a little spark of passion in our lives in order to connect with our vitality, stay motivated and feel alive.
🧭 Find your passion and develop it. Whether it's for fun, or you're trying to change your life trajectory, it doesn't matter. The act of doing something you love will feed your soul.
👢 Err on the side of over-dressing for a key meeting or date. You'll make a splash, and you'll be happy you put in the extra effort.
🗣 Be aware of others. Use inclusive language in communication, particularly when it comes to preferred pronouns, etc.
🤴🏽 You may find yourself in a power struggle. Rally support and stand your ground.
👣 Change happens one step at a time, one day at a time. Keep pushing.
