We're in ECUADOR (Country #3)! We are starting in Quito, Ecuador, and kicking off our adventures with a DIY Ecuadorian food tour. We compiled a list of ten Ecuadorian foods and dishes we wanted to try, and over the span of 24 hours, we ran around Quito and checked them all off of our Ecuador "foods-to-try" list!
