Check out my first impressions review and tutorial using the brand new Naked Ultra Violet palette from Urban Decay! I decided to give you three looks using the palette to show you the different eye looks that can be achieved, from a spotlight/halo eye, to a half cut crease with glitter, to a blown out neutral look with a pop of colour, all using the neutral and purple hued Naked palette!
