PECAN PRALINE CAKE & WINNERS ANNOUNCED

Cake:

1 stick butter
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 cup light brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 heaping Tablespoon cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

melt butter in buttermilk and add to sugar & eggs. mix flour, soda,and cocoa and add to mixture, then vanilla and mix well. Pour in 9x13 pan. Bake st 350° for 20 minutes

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
6 Tbls milk
1 cup pecans

bring all ingredients to a boil and pour over hot cake. place in oven on broil for a few minutes until good and bubbly.
